Respected Collector Sir,
this is a very good initiative. If we will tell you our grievance, our officer's will take revenge on us. They are not doing anything. They are only signing what we are preparing. They are not guiding but scolding if any thing wrong we are doing. Both Dy Collectors are not fit for officer post

With due humility i shall say that the blog is being created to share the opinion with public, but it seems some of my colleagues are using it to communicate their personal grievances for which i feel this is not the appropriate forum, they may meet me or write a complaint on website. i have always given due weightage to any suggession from any quarter.

Rightly pointed out sir, Let this blog not be a medium to vent out personal grievances against anuone. But yes the collector should give appropriate scope to listen to the grievance of his staff and colleagues.so that the message doesnt tickle down to the public that the dist collector is a defacto post and is working at the behest of some people. The creation of a blog by the collector is one step ahead in sharing the public views towards making koraput a better district....Let it not be counterproductive...friends.

It is a fact sir that the collectorate is not as good as it was earlier. The officers earlier were more efficient and punctual in putting files.now you are trying to improve field office only.but what about your own office?let some initiative be taken there too.let the officers be asked to improve their way of work.

This particular blog of Collector is getting interesting by the day and its sad to note that no positive feedback or suggestions are received in it.Rather it has become a medium to vent grievances against some officials..Well theres no harm in suggesting remedies but let it be case specific and more transparent rather than under the cover of anonimity. It is in the interest of the district to join hands with the collector in making a new begginning in several fields, instead of mud slashing against certain people..And of all things this is not the proper forum.Let us behave as responsible citizens.

Hi,

This seems a pretty nice way to reach to the educated layer of Koraput.

Now that I see some initiatives being taken for the improvement of schools, I hope it will not end up as 'yet another bureaucratic melodrama'.

Apart from the issues mentioned here in the post, like 'Teacher's absenteeism', is there anything being done for the improvement of infrastructures and facilities?

Most of the schools in Koraput, lack even in basic amenities such as a Library or a play ground.

I hope to draw attention to these as well.

Regards

Namaskar. Nearly we got the achievement in beautification of schools and it's environment, in controlling teacher's absentism, etc in our district. All credit goes to our esteeme collector and his front line workers. But this is not the end of quality. We have to see beyond it and now the time has come to see important factors like preparation and use of TLM, Activity Bank, Question Bank, proper monitoring of class room activities through Samikshya, providing real onsite pedagogical support to teachers through capable CRCC, BRCC, S I of Schools DRGs and BRGs. Public awareness has to be done on RTE. Student Absentism will autometically be checked. Thanking you for this site.

In real view, not only Dasamantapur is in worst condition in Primary Education but blocks like Bandhugaon, Narayanpatna, Laxmipur, Semiliguda(except road side schools), Nandapur, Lamtaput,Boipariguda, Potangi(except road side schools) are also in worst condition. Hope a megaplan for the above blocks like Dasamantpur.

BRCCs, CRCCs of Laxmipur, Koraput, Semiliguda, Bandhugaon and Narayanpatna are requested not to fill samikshya at their home without going to schools except road side schools. As per samikshya, they have to demonstrate a model class which is the real pedagogy support to teachers. But no model classes have been taken by the above persons in above block. Please cooperate for doing Samikshya in a right manner. You are given a big responsibilities to improve pedagogy. Please do your duty and make our district proud.
